Phenomenon Olde Bulldogs

Phenomenon Olde Bulldogs are bred and raised with the same care and objectives as all other Fala Woods canines. Pureness of breed, workability and health are very important to us. We x-ray all of our breed stock, prior to breeding our dogs need to undergo a rigorous program of obedience, personal protection, as well as obstacle work. Our main objective for such training is not only to create a well rounded, well trained, respectful, protective member of our family, but it is also to bring any genetic faults to the surface that our gene pool may possess. No dog is perfect, no breed is perfect. The more you train, the more faults you will find.

This breed is also known to deteriorate quickly if produced by an inferior gene pool. we prefer to not breed our dogs to the later years in life. most dogs will not be bred before 4 years of age.

The Olde Bulldogie was originally created by David Leavitt, is much healthier than it's cousin, the English Bulldog. The "Olde", as it is commonly referred to, is a mid-sized working breed with none of the inherent health defects associated with the English Bulldog. Oldes breed naturally, whelp naturally, live an average of 11 years and are perfect candidates for the role of personal protection dog/companion.

Although the creators initial purpose was to recreate the old world bulldog that has the looks and structure of its gladiator ancestors without the ability or desire to perform. Our role at Phenomenon Olde Bulldogs is to continue creating dogs that not only look the role, perform the task, but also to produce offspring that can do the same. Every Phenomenon Olde Bulldog must be worthy to carry bulldog in its title.

The Phenomenon Olde Bulldogs are bred primarily for our own use. Occasionally, we can offer a few select pups or young adults for sale to the public.
